FREE DELIVERY to ALL UK Addresses.
All UK orders are express shipped – FREE OF CHARGE – on a next day UPS service.
Some smaller items (Pegs, Sockets, etc) are sent via Royal Mail on a 2 day service.
After Brexit this free option now excludes:
UK – Scottish remote
UK – Northern Ireland
UK – Islands
UK – Isle Of Man
Orders to EU countries (we ship to all 27 EU countries) are shipped via TNT on a 3-5 day service and are charged between £20.00 and £40.00 depending on the product chosen and the destination. The relevant delivery charge (see below) will be automatically calculated once you have added the item to your basket, entered your delivery address and proceeded to the checkout. You can of course review your order including any delivery charge before purchase.

Standard charges for Fast Delivery per order to Crown dependencies the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man – for order values up to £148.00 = £20.00. For order amounts above this, £40.00.
Standard charges for Fast Delivery per order to the Republic of Ireland, other EU and EEA countries – for order values up to £148.00 = £20.00. For order amounts above this, £40.00.
Missed Delivery
If you are not at home when UPS/TNT attempts to deliver, they will put a ‘Contact Us’ card through your letterbox. Please contact UPS directly to rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you quoting the delivery reference on the ‘Contact Us’ card. If you experience any difficulties following several attempted deliveries by UPS, TNT (or Royal Mail, or your local postal service) or after a period of 5 working days you have not received your purchased item, please contact us.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
We pride ourselves on our efficient and well-managed fulfilment service. However, accidents can happen and on rare occasions a product may arrive damaged or incomplete. If this is the case, please contact us and one of our team will arrange for a replacement part or a brand new product to be sent to you without delay. Any such instances should be reported to us directly within 14 days of receipt of the product.
